What you send doesn't drop into an inbox nobody reads. The person who'd actually do the work — design the brand, build the site, write the code — is the one who reads it and writes back. Usually within a day, often the same one.
There's no obligation in any of this, and no sales pitch waiting on the other side. We'll ask about the ordinary things: what you're after, who it's for, roughly when you need it, and the sort of budget you're working with. A rough, honest line is genuinely enough — you don't need it all figured out before you say hello. Helping you get it clear is usually part of the job.
And if we're not the right fit for what you need — too big for us, too small, or simply not the kind of work we do well — we'll tell you plainly and point you toward someone who is. A good, honest referral is worth far more to us than a project we'd struggle to do justice.
